<details>CryoEM movies of the human mortalin(R126W)-GrpEL1(WT) complex. Data were collected on a Titan Krios G4 operating at 300 kV equipped with a Selectris-X energy filter with a 10eV slit width. All images were collected at a nominal magnification of 130,000x in EF-TEM mode (with a calibrated pixel size of 0.935 Å) on a Falcon 4 direct electron detector. Micrographs were acquired in EER format with a cumulative electron exposure of 60 electrons/Å2 with a defocus range of − 1.0 to − 2.5 µm. Data were collected automatically using EPU with aberration free image shift.</details>
