<details>For the Chameleon dataset (13 740 micrographs), a nominal magnification of ×105,000 and a defocus range of −1.0 to −2.5 μm was used, giving an effective pixel size of 0.832 Å at the specimen level. Each micrograph was dose-fractionated to 50 frames with a total exposure time of 1.5 s and a frame exposure time of 0.03 s, resulting in a total dose of 50.5 e−/Å2. For the Vitrobot dataset (3 872 micrographs), a nominal magnification of ×105,000 and a defocus range of −1.0 to −2.0 μm was used, giving an effective pixel size of 0.832 Å at the specimen level. Each micrograph was dose-fractionated to 48 frames with a total exposure time of 1.92 s and a frame exposure time of 0.04 s, resulting in a total dose of 50 e−/Å2.</details>
