SerialEM was used with a magnified pixel size of 0.93 Å at a magnification of 45,000x to record 38 movie frames with an exposure time of 3.8 seconds using a dose rate of 0.94 electrons/Å² per frame for a total accumulated dose of 35.72 electrons/Å².</details>
